Chocolate Pudding

Create delicious chocolate pudding with this easy recipe. This dessert tastes even better with whipped cream!
Chocolate pudding ingredients
- 125 gram chocolate
- 200 ml warm water
- 500 ml whole milk
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 / 2 vanilla pod or 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g cornstarch
Chocolate pudding cooking
- Let the chocolate melt in the warm water.
- Cool the chocolate and add to the cornstarch.
- Boil the milk with sugar and vanilla.
- Add cornstarch, stirring the chocolate and let boil 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour your hot chocolate pudding with treated water are washed.
- Allow to cool and then demould or simply in the form.
Serve the chocolate pudding with vanilla cream or beaten cream.
